You can send a text message from your phone to Access bank customer care phone number to request for your bank account number. This is how to go about it;
• Text BAL(space)Bank Account Number and send it to 08160000612 (For example BAL 0090909090).
This SMS must be sent from the phone number linked to your access bank account and you will receive and SMS from Access bank containing your correct bank account balance. Checking your account balance via SMS is not free, you will be charged N5 for it.
If you have an ATM card, you can use it to check your bank account balance at any ATM location. Once you slot in your card and enter your PIN, you can select balance enquiry from the ATM menu and your bank account balance will be displayed on the screen. Using this method is free so you don’t have to worry about any charge.
Access Bank Mobile App
